Daisy Disk – Disk Space Management tool

The folder manager program for Mac OSX 10.5 and above scans yours volumes and displays their contents on a sunburst diagram. I would say that it is the most innovative user interface I have seen in long time. It shows where the biggest files and folders are stored on the volume. To drill down to a folder, just click on a segment. To bubble up, click in the center. Move the mouse over the diagram and see the name and path of each file, and enclosed files (if any). Hit Space to quickly preview file content, without launching another application. Ctrl-click to open a file in Finder.
